I’m Alicia Moragues Mulet. I work across humanitarian operations, emergency response and community recovery, bringing people and organisations together when it matters most.

From emergency reception in Tenerife to education recovery after the Valencia floods, I combine operational leadership with strategic planning and inclusive, evidence-based decision-making. My approach connects immediate needs with longer-term recovery, dignity and social cohesion.

Led delivery and strategic coordination at Las Raíces emergency settlement, overseeing protection, social intervention, logistics and site services for more than 4,000 residents, alongside budget planning and control for a €17.5 million operation.
Supported migrants, refugees and asylum seekers through needs assessments, community outreach, safeguarding and coordinated referrals to housing, healthcare, education and legal support.
Coordinated procurement, warehousing and distribution in a refugee camp, working with humanitarian partners to support frontline delivery, community participation and accountable resource allocation.
Supported gender justice work through programme coordination, knowledge management and collaboration across international affiliates, including gender mainstreaming support for 45 country programmes.
